When the floods came we took to the river…..well…….canal!

In 2008 the floods came! But that didn’t stop us from attacking the river in our open canoes. As it turns out the river Wye was more like the Amazon during rainy season and because of safety we ended up on the nearby canal! There is nothing like relying on pure arm power to canoe 10 miles on a non moving canal!
