The project entailed a comprehensive overhaul of the show kitchen cookline, encompassing internal décor and supporting services.
In our initial consultation with the Executive Head Chef of the hotel, we delved into his vision to propel the space forward, ensuring its relevance and functionality for years to come. Given its status as an open kitchen, it was imperative that the redesign seamlessly integrated with the contemporary ambiance of the front of house area, while also meeting the operational demands of current and future menus.
To achieve this delicate balance of aesthetics and functionality, we partnered with Charvet, exploring various options to fulfil our requirements. Collaborating closely with Charvet, we crafted a proposal that aligned with our vision, which underwent refinement and ultimately garnered approval.
Subsequently, Space Group’s dedicated project management team spearheaded the execution phase, meticulously coordinating efforts to minimise disruption in the operational hotel and dining space. The area underwent thorough preparation, stripped back to its bare walls before being refurbished according to the agreed-upon specifications, culminating in the seamless installation of the Charvet range.
